Our Story

Our journey begins far beyond Belgium. Lokesh, surprisingly an international marine biologist who studied in Portugal, Ireland, Sweden, and France, never imagined he would one day step into the world of hospitality. But while working and living across Europe, he fell in love with the joy of bringing people together through flavors, culture, and unforgettable dining experiences.

Together with our talented chef - who carries 25+ years of culinary experience from kitchens in Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, and now Belgium - we set out to create something special. Together, we combine authentic Indian recipes with an international touch, bringing both tradition and creativity to the table.
